We are pleased to have ordered a new suction excavator to join our fleet in 2021, following the success of our current vehicle during 2020. The new vehicle will expand our capacity and allow more working internally and to our external clients.
Suction Excavation is an innovative solution to traditional excavation methods, involving digging with a vacuum. It removes materials from the ground with high pressure air and stores it directly into the vehicle.
The technology has many useful applications, especially for the utility sector. It is generally safer to use and less disruptive, particularly when working near underground utilities, pipelines or services. It is also a much cleaner way of working removing spoil from around the excavation which is great when working in urban streets.
